Julius Wolff Institute presents exhibition "In Motion"

The Julius Wolff Institute of the Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin and the artist Norman Gebauer invite to the opening of the exhibition "In Bewegung" (in action). From 19th September onwards acryl paintings by Norman Gebauer will be shown in the Institutsgebäude Süd of the Campus Virchow-Klinikum for four weeks.
The artist was born in Ostwestfalen, Germany and moved to Berlin 16 years ago. Since then, he finds inspiration by the vibrant city of Berlin that is not only because of the physical restlessness but also due to the permanent development of new ideas. The scientific environment is as vibrant as the city itself: new ideas and findings are essential. Therefore he will present his pictures in the research building Institutsgebäude Süd (IGS). With the exhibition, the research building continues its exhibition series "Science meets Art". The newly renovated building at the Föhrerstraße 15 in 1335 Berlin houses the Julius Wolff Institute, the Berlin-Brandenburg Center for Regenerative Therapies, the graduate school Berlin-Brandenburg School for Regenerative Therapies, the Institute for Medical Immunology und das Institute for Medical Genetic of Charité.
The opening of the exhibition "In Bewegung" will take place on Monday, 19th September at 6:00pm. The exhibition can be visited from 19th September until 19th October, Mondays - Fridays 9:00am until 4:00pm and upon prior arrangement. Address: Föhrerstraße 15, 13353 Berlin. Entry is free.
